Following a successful pioneering of the event during London 2012, the Campus targets major event organisers and seeks to "provide unprecedented behind the scenes insights into the planning and operation of the Paralympic Winter Games".

Sir Martin, widely regarded as one of the world's most influential decision makers in the realms of business and marketing, will illustrate the opportunities he claims the Paralympic Movement offers global communities.

He will be joined - among others - by the ice sledge hockey star Todd Nicholson, a five time Paralympian who will provide a personal perspective of participating at the Games.

Nicholson, elected chairman of the IPC Athletes Council earlier this year, was part of the Canadian team which won the gold medal at Turin 2006 after winning a bronze at Lillehammer 1994 and silver at Nagano 1998.

The Campus will be split into two distinct sections, the Games Experience Programme (GEP) and the Observers Programme.

The GEP is designed specifically for those involved within the supply chain of major event delivery, and aims to provide a better understanding of how to deliver.

Specifically, this involves "a multi-stakeholder perspective of Games management" by the providing of "insights and privileged access to observe and understand core operating functions."

It is on the GEP that Sir Martin is due to present on March 12.

The Observers Programme meanwhile, offers opportunities to meet and hear from those involved in the planning and delivery of Sochi 2014.

This will include the observation of Games functions, and commentary and analysis form Paralympic Games specialists such as IPC staff and advisers.

The Campus will conclude with a cocktail function which will bring together all delegates from both programmes.

The Campus is due begin on March 11 and will continue until March 15 alongside the corresponding Paralympic Games.
