South Korean star Park Ji-won wrapped up the men's overall 1,000m title with his second victory of the weekend at the International Skating Union Short Track Speed Skating World Cup season finale in Dordrecht.

Park, who secured the overall 1,500m crown yesterday, clocked 1min 29.402sec to win the final 1,000m race of the campaign at Sportboulevard.

Park's compatriot Kim Dong-wook was second in 1:29.528, while Canadian Steven Dubois took third in 1:29.727.

Victory for the South Korean, the world number one, provided the perfect end to his season and gave him a final World Cup score of 49,200.

Lee June-seo of South Korea triumphed in the men's 500m, clocking 41.087 to beat Belgian Stijn Desmet.

Kazakhstan's Abzal Azhgaliyev did enough for third having crossed the line in 41.394.

Hungarian Shaolin Sándor Liu sealed the overall 500m title after ending the season on 50,096 points.

In the women's 500m, Lara van Ruijven led home a one-two for the host nation by recording a time of 42.907.

Yara van Kerkhof was second in 43.076, with Kamila Stormowska of Poland third in 50.199.

Canadian Kim Boutin, who ended the campaign with five gold medals, has been crowned the overall 500m World Cup champion on 50,000 points.

The Netherlands pipped Canada to the overall 3,000m relay crown in dramatic fashion, beating their rivals in the final race of the season to finish 720 points clear in top spot.

The Dutch team crossed in 4:10.255, with Canada second in 4:10.740 and South Korea third in 4:10.772.

Canada won the men's 5,000m relay in 6:54.542, narrowly in front of the Netherlands, while China were third.

The overall honours went to Russia, who ended just 400 points ahead of nearest challengers South Korea.
