The United States made it through to the final of the Wheelchair Rugby Quad Nations after winning  all four of their group matches at Morningside Arena in Leicester.

In a replay from the opening match of the tournament, the US beat Australia again on Saturday in a tighter game than the first, coming from behind to win 57-51 and book their spot in the final.

The Australians had recovered from their sound defeat yesterday to take a slender 29-28 lead into the break, however things turned against them in the second half and the Americans ended the game on the right side of a six-point gap.

Britain looked to add another win against bottom-of-the-table Australia in the afternoon match.

However, it did not all go to plan when and visitors took a three-point lead into halftime, up 30-27.

Despite a comeback from the hosts, Australia won the in overtime 58-57, ensuring that the US would top the group even with defeat in the evening match with Britain.

That didn't happen - the Americans triumphed 55-50 and head into tomorrow's final undefeated.

Australia and Britain will first meet in a playoff to decide who faces the US in then final.
