It took place under the leadership of Pawel Filleborn, the chairman of the International Federation of Fitness and Bodybuilding's (IFBB) Judges' Commission.

More than 60 judges from Russia, who have officiated at national and international competitions, took part.

The event followed a programme of international educational activities which has run in the country.

In December, Russia topped the medal table at the IFBB World Fitness Championships in Slovakia's capital Bratislava.

They won six gold medals in all.
