The International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) has announced its 2021 General Assembly will take place in Jordan.

The General Assembly is scheduled to take place on October 10 and 11.

Participants will arrive on October 9 and depart on October 12.

The IBSA General Assembly will be hosted by the Jordan Paralympic Committee, with the meeting to be held at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre in Amman.

The IBSA says registration fees for the assembly, including accommodation, full board, conference fee and local transport will be €800 (£700/$958) for three nights’ full board in a single room.

It will cost €175 (£153/$209) per extra night of full board.

Double or twin rooms will cost €770 (£674/$922) per person for three nights' full board, with a €150 (£131/$179) charge per extra night per person.

The deadline for registration is September 1.

The Organising Committee will arrange a shuttle service from Amman International Airport to the hotel and the travel time is approximately 20 minutes.

The IBSA and local organisers have distributed an invitation and a hotel reservation form for the event.
