The final table tennis qualifiers from the Asian Olympic Qualification Tournament are set to be confirmed tomorrow, with the line-ups for those finals confirmed today on day two in Doha at the Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiya Arena.

Split into regional tournaments, Uzbekistan's Zokida Kenjaev won a seven-game thriller against Kazakhstan's Kirill Gerassimenko 11-7, 12-14, 10-12, 11-6, 12-14, 11-9, 11-8.

Meeting him in the Central Asia stage two final will be Nima Alamian, who defeated Noshad Alamiyan 11-6, 6-11, 12-10, 13-11, 13-11 in an all-Iranian tie.

An all-Singapore final is set to take place in the South East Asia section, following convincing wins from Pang Yew En Koen and Clarence Chew.

Pang won in straight games against Thailand's Padasak Tanviriyavechakul 17-15, 11-6, 11-5, 11-7, while Chew defeated Indonesian Rafanel Nikola Niman 11-7, 7-11, 11-6, 11-3, 11-4.

The only women's singles spot still to be filled from the tournament is in Central Asia.

Uzbekistan's Markhabo Magdieva made the final following an 11-6, 7-11, 11-9, 6-11, 11-7, 12-10 victory over compatriot Rimma Gufranova.

There she will face Kazakhstan's Anastassiya Lavrova, who came from two games down to take an incredible 11-6, 7-11, 7-11, 3-11, 11-7, 11-4, 12-10 victory in seven games against Iran's Neda Shahsavari of Iran.
