The FIAS said ComplexCore is a training concept for the core, arm, and leg muscles, developed by Roman Jahoda, a former judo athlete from Austria.

Jahoda developed the concept over many years in collaboration with the sports physiotherapists.

The FIAS said ComplexCore has clear and easy-to-understand explanations, a simple structure, and personalised plans.

The governing body said the plans are perfect for therapists, patients, recreational athletes and elite level athletes.

The FIAS hopes to provide access to recordings of the web seminars in the near future.
