Denmark continued their unbeaten run with a third win at the Men's Softball European Championship, thrashing Sweden 19-0 in Ledenice in the Czech Republic.

The Danes scored 14 in the first innings, stamping their expected authority on the game.

Before the end of the third innings, Sweden conceded the game.

Alejandro Isasi Wong was one of the standout stars with three runs allowed, while team mates Daniel Jean Ferrigini Julenon and Anton Schioetz Brown both hit home runs.

Slovakia had a successful day with two victories to move into third - first defeating Israel 7-0.

Jaroslav Sitar scored the only home run of the game to help Slovakia to a win.

A second win came later in the day against Lithuania, ending the match after five innings with the score at 15-7.

Richard Gottschal scored four runs and one of the four home runs too.

Sitar scored his second and third home runs of the day, while Marek Ostrihon added one too.

Croatia were able to scrape past The Netherlands in the afternoon game, winning 7-6.

Hrvoje Jerbic was pivotal to their win, hitting two home runs in the third and fourth inning.

Despite a late charge from the Dutch in the final inning, Croatia held on to the win.

In the evening games, France took the lead early on against The Netherlands and held on for a narrow 10-9 win before hosts and reigning champions, the Czech Republic thrashed Sweden 11-0.
